FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for determining the mobility of the tooth is a transparent cap, in a form corresponding to the individual features of the anatomy of the dentition and the alveolar jaws of the patient. In this case, the cap is made by the method of computer prototyping, namely 3D printing, made of a polymer having a thickness 2 mm, and modeled with the possibility of forming a gap along the perimeter between the surface of the mouth guard and the teeth being studied, the size of which is 1.5 times greater than the amplitude of mobility of the teeth in the vestibular-oral direction. In the projection of the center of the clinical equator of the vestibular surface of the teeth to be examined, there are through holes in the tuba, in the vestibular direction from which the cones are monolithically connected to the drip, whose internal diameters correspond to the outer diameters of the measuring device nozzle; the length of the polymer cones is individual and determined by the transverse dimensions of the teeth to be measured.
EFFECT: method allows to accurately conduct periesteometry in patients with dental diseases, with the ability to monitor and compare the results of teeth mobility determination during treatment.
