FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device for teeth mobility determination contains a measuring device with a sensor, a transparent mouth guard with shape corresponding to the individual features of the anatomy of the dentition and alveolar processes of the patient's jaws, arranged with a circumferential position with a 2 mm gap between the mouth guard surface and the teeth being examined. In the projection of the vestibular surface clinical equator center of the teeth to be examined, conical through holes are made in the mouth guard, the conicity of which corresponds to the conicity of the measuring device nozzle in the form of "Periostest". The mouth guard is made by the method of vacuum thermo-pressing from rigid plastic material with a thickness 4 mm.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of periestometry in patients with periodontal diseases, with a possibility of monitoring of the comparison of the teeth mobility determination results during treatment.
