The apparatus comprises installed on the vehicle frame, the induction electromagnetic brake, the stator of which is mounted on a frame, metering wheel mounted on the brake rotor shaft, the sensor pressure force mounted to measure the vertical measuring wheel pressure forces on the test surface, the sensor angular measuring wheel speed, vehicle speed determination element, a clutch-force sensor of a measuring wheel with a monitored surface in the form of an analog Hall sensor mounted on the brake stator between its poles, a computer unit and a control unit.

EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of determining the coefficient of adhesion, simplifying the design, reducing the overall dimensions and weight of the device, expanding the arsenal of technical means of this purpose.
