FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: natural extruded food snack product with salt includes 40% of a shell with dry milk and 60% of filling, mashed potatoes and water being introduced in the shell. The filling contains salt and ground fish mince from pelagic fish and fish of valuable species. The product components are at the following ratio in the shell, wt %: mashed potatoes - 82-84; dry milk - 11-13; water - the rest; in the filling, wt %: minced pelagic fish - 73-75; minced fish of valuable species - 22-24; salt - the rest.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the digestibility and assimilability of the product, to improve its taste and organoleptic indices.
