A set of fluorescent dye-labelled oligonucleotide primers and probes for detecting SARS-Cov-2 virus RNA with the following sequences is described: SARS-CoV-2 ORF; Direct 5' TTCTGCTCCTCTTCAAGCTGA 3'; Reverse 5' ATTGAGGTTGAACCT 3'; Probe 5' GTTGGTCAACAAGACGGCAGTGAGGACAATC 3'; SARS-CoV-2 gene N; Direct 5' CAATGCTGCAATCGTGCTAC 3'; Reverse 5' CCT CAT CAC GTA GTC GCA AU 3'; Probe 5' CCAAAAGGCTTTCTACGCAGAAGGGAGC 3'; Homo sapiens RNase P gene; Direct 5' GGATCCATCTCACTGCAATG 3'; Reverse 5' CCTGCTATCAAAGACTCCACA 3'; Probe 5' CCTCCTATTAATGTGGCGATTGACCGA 3' . Also, a test system for detecting SARS-CoV-2 virus RNA by real-time polymerase chain reaction, including the claimed set of fluorescent dye-labelled oligonucleotide primers and probes.
EFFECT: the invention allows to quickly and reliably carry out tests for the SARS-CoV-2 virus based on the direct PCR, where all reactions take place in the same tube.
