FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: converter of optical radiation to the width of voltage pulses contains a photodiode, a power supply and an operational amplifier, the inverting input of which is connected to the first resistor and cathode of the photodiode. The photodiode anode is connected to the common power supply bus, which is connected to the output of the operational amplifier via the voltage divider on the second and the third resistors, which is the output of the device. The fourth resistor is inserted into the circuit, through which the potential power supply bus is connected to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier and connected to the midpoint of the voltage divider. The power terminals of the operational amplifier are connected respectively to the common and to the potential power supply bus.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of conversion, reducing power consumption and expanding the functionality of the optical radiation converter in the width of the voltage pulses.
