SUBSTANCE: storage battery control system is presented. It is connected to the storage battery and controls its charging/discharging. The system includes a current sensor that measures the current value by determining the charge/discharge current flowing through the battery; a voltage sensor that detects the battery voltage; a temperature sensor that detects the temperature of the battery; a temperature recorder for the past period, which records the temperatures for the past period determined by the temperature sensor; and a charge/discharge limiter that limits the charge/discharge current in a low temperature condition based on the temperatures for the past period recorded by the temperature recorder for the period.

EFFECT: optimisation of limiting charge, discharge of a storage battery in a low temperature condition.
