The system includes: a current sensor that measures the current value by determining the charge/discharge current flowing through the battery, a voltage sensor that detects the battery voltage, a temperature sensor that detects the battery temperature, an effective current calculator that, based on the current value measured by the current sensor, calculates the effective value of the current in the specified time interval, and a charge/discharge limiter that applies the first charge/discharge limitation in order to limit the charge/discharge current based on the actual value of the current calculated by the effective current calculator.

EFFECT: preventing the storage battery performance degradation.
