The device includes the steering wheel 3, the light-emitting unit 11, which is arranged in the steering wheel 3 and emits light, and the light emission control unit 4, which instructs the light emitting unit 11 to emit light. The light emission control unit 4 changes the state of light emission of the light-emitting unit 11 to instruct the driver to switch from automatic to manual driving in accordance with the state of the automatic driving system.
EFFECT: provided security due to timely informing the driver about the state of the automatic driving system.
