SUBSTANCE: silencer includes an inlet branch pipe and a body rigidly connected therewith and made of porous material, the body comprising a base made in the form of a cup with a collar in its upper part, with which at least two elements of the porous material interact in the form of cylindrical outer and inner bushings, which upper bases are connected to a cover provided with a collar for fixing the bushings and are rigidly connected to the base of the cylindrical cup by means of threaded pin positioned coaxially to the cup, bushings and cover and provided washers and nuts at the ends. The wall of the inner cylindrical bushing is in the form of two perforated walls, at that, the layer adjacent to one of the walls is sound-absorbing, and the layer adjacent to the other perforated wall is made of sound reflecting material consisting of complex profile composed of evenly distributed hollow tetrahedrons.

EFFECT: noise suppression efficiency improvement.
