SUBSTANCE: core form fixed in the tread shape for the tire tread and a hole formation for the stud are described. The core form at one end of the main core portion is provided with an enlarged portion that has a larger outer diameter. The enlarged portion includes a carrier portion formed as a single piece with a main core portion and an outer shell disposed on the outer surface of the carrier portion to determine the maximum outer diameter of the enlarged portion. When a force from the main core portion towards the enlarged portion is applied to the outer shell, the outer shell moves so that the maximum outer diameter decreases.
EFFECT: increased quality of products.
