SUBSTANCE: method comprises the steps of: detecting by the terminal whether the application in the first routing device needs to be updated from at least two routing devices; when the application in the first routing device needs to be updated, the update file obtained by the terminal from the server is required for updating the application through the communication link between the second routing device from the at least two routing devices and the server; and the update file is sent via the internal network to the first routing device, so that the first routing device updates the application by using the update file.
EFFECT: reducing the network stream and time for downloading the update package.
