SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for treatment of a disease and methods for treatment of a disease accompanied by increased expression of MMP-9 matrix metalloproteinase. Oligopeptides with SEQ ID NO: 7, 11, 12, 18 or 19 are used to prepare the composition. These oligopeptides bind to antibodies to generate an immune response in a mammalian subject against MMP-9 matrix metalloproteinase.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the efficiency of blocking of extracellular matrix cleavage by MMP-9 metalloproteinase molecules and to increase the efficiency of oncological and other diseases treatment.
