FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: proposed group of inventions relates to medicine. Stable oil-in-water emulsion is provided to deliver the RNA molecule to the cell, wherein said emulsion comprises an oil and a cationic lipid DOTAP. Methods for preparing an emulsion and a composition are provided. Composition for delivering an RNA molecule to a cell and its use in a method for generating an immune response are proposed.
EFFECT: proposed group of inventions ensures efficient delivery of negatively charged molecules and production of vaccines based on nucleic acids.
