SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and concerns immunogenic cationic emulsion of “oil-in-water” type containing emulsion particles with oil core and cationic lipid, and nucleic acid molecule, which forms complex with emulsion particles, where average diameter of emulsion particles ranges from approximately 80 nm to approximately 150 nm, and ratio N/P in this emulsion makes from approximately 4:1 to approximately 20:1. Group of inventions also concerns method for preparing above immunogenic cationic emulsion of “oil-in-water” type; use of above immunogenic cationic emulsion of “oil-in-water” type in obtaining immune response in patient.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved immunogenicity of particles of cationic emulsion.
