FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method for production of a biologically active additive, including vegetable raw processing by culture of bacteria of Lactobacillus genus, wherein inoculum is prepared by form a slurry of lactobacilli strains of Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3 and/or Lactobacillus fermentum 90T-C4 containing cell sat least 1×108 CFU/ml, inoculum and plant materials (substrate) are mixed in a volume ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5, mixture incubation is carried out for 15-24 hours at 36-38°C to pH 3.5-5.2, inactivation of cell fermentation mass with simultaneous drying of the fermented substrate is carried out at a temperature of 100°C and atmospheric pressure during 1.5-2.0 hours followed by subsequent product drying to a residual moisture of 10-15% at temperature 55-70° biologically active additive.
EFFECT: biomass increase by increasing the number of lactic acid bacteria per unit volume of the target product with specified properties, allows for increasing the adsorption surface of microorganisms carrier.
