SUBSTANCE: kit for use in centrifugation for the isolation of the leukocyte film comprises a kit body which includes: a section for plasma of a cylindrical shape; section for leukocyte film; section of erythrocytes; lower gasket adapted to move in the longitudinal direction of the red blood cell section; and a pusher configured to move the lower gasket. The section for the leukocyte film has a cylindrical shape with a diameter smaller than that of the plasma section and is connected to the lower part of the plasma section. The section for erythrocytes has a cylindrical shape with a diameter larger than that of the section for the leukocyte film, and is connected to the lower part of the section for the leukocyte film. The plasma section and the erythrocyte section have a hole formed at the free distal end. Moreover, at least one of the plasma section and the section for the leukocyte film has a support rib protruding beyond the outer peripheral surfaces of the main body of the kit.
EFFECT: compatibility of the kit with various centrifuge vessels, the formation of a significantly elevated layer of leukocyte film for its accurate separation.
