SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a blood separation tube used in centrifugation devices, and more specifically to a blood separation tube containing a portion of cell activation, made with possibility of creation of physical force by collision with centrifuged blood, so that blood cells in blood, such as thrombocytes, leukocytes and lymphocytes, can be activated. To this end, the present invention includes: a test tube body having a blood receiving chamber and a cell activation portion that protrudes from the inner surface or inside the chamber, so that activation of blood cells by physical collision with centrifuged blood occurs. At that, chamber consists of upper chamber, having diameter and length, and lower chamber of cylindrical shape, made with possibility of passage from lower end of upper chamber, gradually expanding to bottom, and having diameter and length exceeding diameter and length of upper chamber.

EFFECT: disclosed is a test tube for blood separation containing a portion of cell activation.
