FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: proposed African swine fever prevention method, including the identification of animals with the infectious disease at the initial stage of development, the slaughter of the patients and further examination of the other animals. The rest of the animals in the African swine fever virulent disease site are examined during the day by the polymerase chain reaction with fluorescence detection in the real time. The animals virus carriers and healthy animals are moved to the separate premises and the premises sanitation with ozone-air mixture is provided in their presence: in a room with animals virus carriers - during one month not less than 3-4 times once a week with ozone concentration 4-6 g/m3 during 20-30 minutes, in the room with healthy animals - during not more than two weeks 2-3 times per week with ozone concentration of 3-4 g/m3 during 15-20 minutes.

EFFECT: expansion of African swine fever prevention method.
