FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology in the field of veterinary virology, namely to diagnostic tools of molecular biology. Highly specific oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent-labelled probes are selected for detection and differentiation of marker regions of DNA of African swine fever virus and cDNA of classical swine fever viruses and viral cattle diarrhoea in real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of tools for diagnostics and differential diagnostics in veterinary virology.
