SUBSTANCE: in an explosion-proof plate with an emergency situation alert system consisting of an armoured metal frame with an armoured metal lining and a filler - lead, fixed in the coating of an explosive object by means of four support rods telescopically inserted into fixed pipe fittings embedded in the plate, sheets-stops are welded to the ends of the support rods, to which, opposite the plate, a damping element is fixed, the damping element is made in the form of a damping plate, to which a buffer device is connected, the buffer deivce is made in the form of a cone which vertex is on the axis of the opening of the protected object, wherein between the damping plate and the metal frame with armoured metal lining bushings of a disposable material are mounted on the support rods, for example glass, such as triplex, having a built-in emergency situation alert system placed on them, with a safety indicator attached to the outer side surface of the bushing and configured as a sensor responsive to deformation, e.g. of resistive-strain sensor, which output is connected to a signal amplifier, such as strain amplifier, and the strain amplifier output is connected to an input of the emergency situation alert system device.
EFFECT: increasing the operation reliability of personnel in explosive areas.
