FIELD: pharmacology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition of elastic antibacterial material comprising 100 wt parts of butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer, type SBS, with a bound styrene content of 15-40 wt %, 1.0-10.0 wt parts of biodegradable thermoplastic selected from L-, D,L- or D-polylactide, poly(3-hydroxy)butyrate, and 0.1-1.0 wt parts of surfactant, which is a quaternary organic ammonium salt with a length of at least one hydrocarbon radical of at least C7.

EFFECT: increased mechanical strength and adhesion to the coated material when creating a composition for the manufacture of elastic articles or elastic antibacterial coatings based on butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomers that prevent bacterial colonies formation and possesses a stable prolonged antibacterial effect.
