FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a holder attachment assembly for mounting the model and three racks connected on one side to hinges mounted at two points spaced along the length of the holder attachment assembly and on the other side with three hinges mounted on sliders arranged on a longitudinal guide fixed in the working part and interacting with independent drives. In addition, it is equipped with an additional guide mounted in the working part symmetrically with respect to the vertical plane to the main one, with additional three sliders and additional hinges mounted thereon, additional hinges at two points on the holder attachment assembly, symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane to the main ones, and additional three racks connecting the corresponding additional hinges on the holder attachment assembly and the sliders. Wherein the corresponding pairs of the main and the additional sliders are connected with carriages perpendicular to the vertical plane, interacting with the independent drives. The main and the additional hinge arranged on the tail part of the holder attachment assembly are vertically displaced with respect to the longitudinal axis of the holder attachment assembly to a distance corresponding to its maximum rotation in the vertical plane. The rack parts arranged in the wind tunnel flow are made streamlined, and the rack parts located out of the flow and arranged on identical carriages are connected by bridges.
EFFECT: increasing the device rigidity and the accuracy of positioning a model in the working part of a wind tunnel and expanding its functionality.
