SUBSTANCE: orthosis contains a band and a vertical support element that can be detachably attached. The vertical support element may comprise one or more supporting elements, thoracic pillows, femoral pads, lumbar supporting pillows, chest support pillars, derotation pillows, or any other component suitable for body movement promotion or restriction, for reduction or application of force to the body, body shape adjustment, pain reduction, or body support provision. Each component can be detached from the vertical supporting member or band or adjustable relative to the vertical support member or band.
