SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology. A compression orthosis for correction of chest and spine deformities contains a horizontally installed front chest plate, a horizontally installed back dorsal plate, connected in a closed circuit designed to cover the chest, two lateral adjusting movable plates, left and right, two shoulder straps extending from the chest plates to the dorsal plate. The chest plate contains rows of adjusting holes, to which the lateral adjusting movable plates are fixed by means of screws, with the possibility of changing the position. The chest plate and back plate are connected by two adjustable shoulder straps with detachable buckles. The shoulder straps are installed with the possibility of changing their position along the length of the chest plate. One lateral adjusting movable plate is hingedly and detachably connected to the back plate by means of a hinge. Another lateral adjusting movable plate is hingedly and detachably connected to the back plate by means of a lock. A longitudinal chest compression platform is installed on the chest plate by means of a strap, with the possibility of changing its position along the chest plate to the right or to the left. A longitudinal vertebral corrective plate is vertically mounted on the dorsal plate, designed to be placed over the thoracic spine and the upper part of the lumbar spine, equipped with adjusting holes designed to change the position of the vertebral corrective plate relative to the dorsal plate. In the lower part of the vertebral corrective plate, two frames are installed. In the upper part of the vertebral corrective plate, two rows of holes are made, located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the corrective plate. The first end of the tape is fixed in the hole in the left row. The other end of the tape is fixed in the hole in the right row. The tape forms the first loop, designed to cover the left side of the chest through the collarbone and armpit, stretched through the first frame, forms a second loop, designed to cover the torso along the abdomen, stretched through the second frame, forms a third loop, designed to cover the right side of the chest through collarbone and armpit. The belt is equipped with a split lock and a length adjustment mechanism. Loops of the tape contain protective pads designed to increase the area of support of the tape, a protective bandage of the anterior abdominal wall and pads.
EFFECT: provides elimination of deformities of the chest and spine.
