SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The method for one-step correction of posture and chest deformities using an orthosis is characterized by the fact that an orthosis is made according to the patient's individual parameters, containing a chest plate, a back plate connected with the possibility of changing the relative position, two shoulder straps, a chest compression platform, a spinal corrective plate with two frames, tightening tape connected to the correction plate. The amount of compressive force sufficient to affect the deformed area of the chest is determined; for this, a compression test is performed by pressing the protruding part using a press machine. The orthosis is installed on the patient, for this, the chest plate is placed on the chest, laying the compression pad on the protrusion area, the dorsal plate is installed on the back, laying the corrective plate along the spine, over the curved spine, the plates are connected into a closed loop with lateral adjusting movable plates, the orthosis is placed on deformation level, shoulder straps fasten. The orthosis tightening band is installed. The first end of the tape is fixed to the top of the correction plate. The tape is pulled into the first frame of the orthosis, when the tape is pulled, they form the first loop, covering the left side of the chest through the collarbone and armpit, while a pad is placed on the tape, in the shoulder girdle, then the tape is pulled along the front wall of the abdomen, form a second loop covering the body along the abdomen, while a bandage is placed on the tape, stretch the tape through the second frame, form a third loop, covering the right side of the chest through the collarbone and armpit. On the 3rd day, acting on the spine, they give it a forced anatomically correct position, straightening the curvature. The tape is tightened, a compression force of the orthosis of 6 kg is created. For a period of 10 days, the chest and dorsal plates are brought together, squeezing the chest in the area of protrusion, tighten the tape, and pull the shoulder girdle posteriorly. The length of the tape is reduced by 10 mm. Then the tape is tightened daily by 10 mm until the curvature of the spine is eliminated. After 10 days, a compressive force of the orthosis of 8 kg is created. The orthosis is installed for 15 days. The tape is held taut. Tighten the tape periodically. After 15 days, the tape is stopped to tighten. The brace is worn for 8 months. After 20 days, the compressive force is gradually weakened and the orthosis is removed.
