FIELD: airpower.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used, when hot gas pipeline of propulsion aircraft systems is created. Hot gas pipeline consists of a cylindrical metal casings, overlapping each other, interconnected through o-rings, with the possibility of angular movement and protected inside by the consistently thermal coating and details of erosionproofed material, which form a conical gap. The conical gap surface opposite the hot gas flow is formed by two conical surfaces. The apex of the conical gap is directed towards the flow of hot gas. The butt joint of the cylindrical parts made of erosion-resistant material is made in the form of a step-shaped lock. The length of the step-shaped lock exceeds the value of the conical clearance in the axial direction.
EFFECT: absence in the forced gaps and joints of hot gas vortices and as a result of erosion of the heat-protective coating and parts from erosion-resistant material.
