FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: in the method based on the application of a vision system for video registration of the technological process operations in the manufacture of products and the results of this process, identification of the controlled features of the operation and similar signs of video registration of the control sample is carried out. As the controlled features, the actions and results of actions of, at least, one performer of the operation are assigned. Video registration conditions of the controlled features of sufficient identity to the conditions that were created during video registration of the control sample, are created. At the same time, visual perception is provided to obtain unambiguity of the results of video-registered actions during the implementation of the technological operation.
EFFECT: improving the quality of the technological operations control.
