SUBSTANCE: organic light-emitting diode comprises a substrate and a surface modification layer located above the substrate and including a first film on at least a portion of the substrate having a first expansion coefficient, wherein first film contains nanoparticles, and second film at least over part of first film, having second expansion coefficient and comprising protrusions and recesses, wherein the first expansion coefficient is greater than the second expansion coefficient, wherein the first expansion coefficient is greater than 100.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of radiation extraction.
