SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light-emitting devices, such as organic light-emitting diodes. Organic light-emitting diode (10) comprises substrate (12) having first surface (14) and second surface (16), first electrode (32) and second electrode (38). Radiating layer (36) is disposed between first electrode (32) and second electrode (38). Organic light-emitting diode (10) comprises surface modification layer (18). Surface modification layer (18) has nonplanar surface (30, 52) located between first electrode (32) and substrate (12) and includes a multilayer structure comprising first film (20) over at least a portion of substrate (12) and second film (26) over at least a portion of first film (20). Second film (26) is formed by the method of magnetron vacuum deposition in an oxygen atmosphere.
EFFECT: organic light-emitting diode is proposed.
