FIELD: blasting works.
SUBSTANCE: stand comprises the monitoring and the received information on the danger zone processing system. The stand is additionally supplied with the blast resistant panel, which comprises the metal armoured frame with the metal armoured plating and the lead filler. The panel has the immovable branch pipes-supports in the flat ends. The bars are fully-fixed in the explosive object coating and telescope introduced into the immovable branch pipes-supports of the panel. The damping element, which is intended to damp the panel impact loads with the leafs-supports, is rigidly attached to the flat ends of the elastic support bars with the leafs-supports for the fixation of the panel end position. The damping element is attached opposite to the panel and is directed to the panel side, and is designed as the solid body with the internal cavity and the surfaces, the panel equidistant surfaces. The damping element is implemented with the additional elastic-damping element of the cone type, and the vertex of the cone is directed to the armoured metal frame side.
EFFECT: upgrading of the processing equipment explosion-proof protective effectiveness by means of the speedup and the breaking flange operation reliability.
