FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for process equipment explosion protection. Monitoring system is used with processing of received information about on hazardous zone in testing bay where maquette of explosive object is installed. Along its internal and external perimeters, video cameras are arranged for video monitoring of emergency situation development during accident on explosive facility, which is simulated by mounting explosive splintery element with explosion trigger in mockup. Video cameras are made in explosion-proof design, and outputs of the video cameras through inner cavity of spacers are connected to the unit by means of which there is performed recording and registration of current processes of parameters’ change in the model. One records, by means of a system of analyzers of recorded waveforms of current processes, technological parameters’ changes in the model of an explosive object. In ceiling part of the model an opening is made, which closed by an explosion-proof element installed freely on three elastic pins, wherein one end of every pin is rigidly fixed in the model ceiling, while on the second end one fixes a horizontal bar. Between the explosive fission element and the opening, a three-coordinate pressure sensor is installed in the explosion-proof design, the output of which is connected to the input of the recording and registering equipment unit. On both sides of the pressure sensor located temperature and humidity sensors, control temperature and humidity conditions in model, outputs of which also connected to input unit of recording and registration hardware, and mockup enclosures inner and outer surfaces are with glued strain sensors, which outputs are also connected to recording and registering equipment hardware input. After processing of the obtained experimental data, an information database on the development of an emergency situation in an accident in an explosive atmosphere is developed.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of process equipment protection against explosions by increasing the efficiency and reliability of bursting elements’ response.
