FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to benches for determining efficiency of safety structures. Test bench comprises a system of monitoring and processing of obtained information on the hazardous zone. Test bench is additionally provided with blast-proof panel, containing metal armored frame with metallic armored lining and filled with lead. Panel has in its ends four motionless supporting branch pipes. In the coating of explosive facility four bearing rods are rigidly mounted which are inserted in telescopic manner into motionless supporting branch pipes of the panel. Filler is made as air-lead disperse system. For fixing the limit position of the panel to the edges of bearing elastic rods with support sheets, damping element is attached, designed for damping of impact loads of panel on resting sheets. Damping element is secured opposite to panel and directed thereto, and is made in the form of solid body with inner cavity and surfaces, equidistant surfaces of the panel. Inner cavity of the damping element is filled with air-lead disperse system, and lead is made in the form of ball-shaped granulates.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of process equipment protection against explosions due to increased efficiency and reliability of bursting elements activation is provided.
