SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of Spirulina platensis enrichment with iodine with stabilisation of its content in dry mass, where a concentrated solution of KI in terms of 50 mcg/g of dry biomass is added to the culture of paste Spirulina platensis microalgae, placed under dark conditions for 8 hours, and the biomass is dried at a temperature of 50°C during one day.
EFFECT: invention allows to quickly enrich microalgae with iodine, keep it stable for a long time and store the enriched biomass for a long time.
