FIELD: fire safety.
SUBSTANCE: fire-extinguishing composite material is described made of a room temperature curable composition comprising as a binder a low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane SKTN rubber, a cold curing catalyst for siloxane rubber, an ammonium perchlorate oxidizer, dry particulate microcapsules with a core of an extinguishing agent encapsulated in a polymer shell, that as the combustion catalyst, ferrocene is used in the following ratio of the components of the composition, pts wt: low molecular weight dimethylsiloxane rubber SKTN-17, ammonium perchlorate-18, microcapsules with extinguishing agent - 65, hardener ethylsilicate-32 - 0.1-1, cold curing catalyst for siloxane rubber - dibutyltinoladaurinate - 0.05-0.5, ferrocene combustion catalyst - 0,05-2. A method for producing a composite material is also described.
EFFECT: extinguishing composite material with enhanced extinguishment efficiency is obtained.
