SUBSTANCE: invention subject is the operating method of the heat exchanger (15), through which the coolant flows on the primary side, which enters into the heat exchanger (15) with the first temperature (T1, TWein) and exits from it with the second temperature (T2, TWaus), on the secondary side, in case of the heating it gives the heat flow to the secondary medium, passing through the heat exchanger (15) , and in the case of the cooling selects the heat flow from the secondary medium, which enters the heat exchanger (15) with the third temperature (T3, TLein) and again comes out of it with the fourth temperature (T4, TLaus). The heat exchanger (15) can transmit the maximum heat flow . At least three of four temperatures (TWein, TWaus, TLein, TLaus) and that the corresponding degree of heat exchanger (15) saturation is determined according to these measured temperatures, which is used to control its operation.
