SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for obtaining N-alkoxycarbonylaminoethyl-N'-aryl-urea of general formula I , where R=sec-C₄H₉, R₁=H, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Ia), R=sec-C₄H₉, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=H (Ib), R=iso-C₃H₇, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Iv), R=n-C₄H₉, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=H (Ig), R=iso-C₃H₇, R₁=H, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Id), R=iso-C₃H₇, R₁=H, R₂=H, R₃=COOC₂H₅ (Ie), R=sec-C₄H₉, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Izh), which can be used in agriculture to increase the resistance of plants to unfavourable environmental factors. The method comprises reaction of the corresponding aromatic isocyanates with alkyl esters of β-aminoethylcarbamic acid in an inert solvent at room temperature, followed by isolation of the desired compounds of formula I by known methods. The invention also relates to the N-alkoxycarbonylaminoethyl-N'-aryl-urea of general formula I, where R=sec-C₄H₉, R₁=H, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Ia), R=sec-C₄H₉, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=H (Ib), R= iso-C₃H₇, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Iv), R=n-C₄H₉, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=H (Ig), R= iso-C₃H₇, R₁=H, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Id), R=sec-C₄H₉, R₁=CH₃, R₂=H, R₃=CH₃ (Izh), which can be used as plant growth regulators of anti-stress type.
