SUBSTANCE: method and a quick vehicle inspection system based on a length measuring device, including: when the vehicle to be inspected enters the inspection zone, measuring the first length and the second length of the vehicle to be inspected; determining whether the first length and the second length are, respectively, a predetermined threshold value of the second length or equal to it; and if so, determining whether a clearance portion of the vehicle to be inspected appears between the first portion and the second portion of the vehicle to be inspected in the radiation region of the beam formed by the radiation beam emitted by the vehicle quick-search system; and if the gap region appears in the radiation region of the beam, radiation of the radiation beam of the first radiation dose to the vehicle to be inspected according to the clearance region. The vehicle to be inspected is moved relative to the vehicle's rapid inspection system.
