SUBSTANCE: AC is connected to the patient, anesthesia is performed by injecting narcological drugs into the AC oxygenerator. Perfusion is performed with an assessment of its adequacy. At that, the space velocity of perfusion during artificial circulation is increased to 3.0-3.2 l/min per 1m2 of the body surface under the conditions of normothermy.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the number of perioperative complications such as ONMI, cognitive dysfunction, impaired renal function, absence of hemolysis, satisfactory lactate and bilirubin levels in patients with multifocal atherosclerosis, with predominant lesion of coronary and carotid arteries.
