FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: plant comprises a drive including an electric motor, a gear stand, a milling stand consisting of bearings, milling, a screw for adjusting the gap between milling rollers, a filling device. In this case, the milling stand is equipped with a microwave radiator with a wavelength of 245 Mhz. The microwave emitter has a cavity for passing the fine component of the waste steel-smelting slag. The plant is provided with injectors for creating an air flow directed against the movement of the waste steel-smelting slag grains to the inner cavity of the microwave radiator.
EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption by creating microcracks between the conglomerate parts.
