SUBSTANCE: hybrid propulsion system comprises an internal combustion engine (ICE), an electric machine (EM), a primary shaft (14) of the electric machine (EM), a secondary shaft (16), a differential (36), a first transmission mechanism (26), a second mechanism (40) of the transmission, a free-wheel clutch (54). The first transmission mechanism (26) is located between the primary shaft (14) and the secondary shaft (16). The second transmission mechanism (40) is located between the secondary shaft (16) and the differential (36). The free-wheel clutch (54) interacts with the secondary shaft (16) in such a way that the secondary shaft (16) receives the rotation motion from the internal combustion engine (ICE) via the free-wheel clutch (54). There is also a gear mechanism (58, 62). The secondary shaft (16) is positioned in such a way as to receive the rotational motion from the internal combustion engine (ICE) through the gear mechanism (58, 62), as well as through the free-wheel clutch (54).
