FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: striker for radial forging of flat steels has a working surface with the inlet and calibrating sections. The inlet section is made in the form of two flat surfaces arranged at an angle to each other and to a calibrating section to form a chevron shape. The chevron vertex is located in the middle of the width of the working surface and is directed in the direction opposite to the calibrating section.
EFFECT: increased productivity, reduced energy consumption for deformation of the profile and expansion of technological capabilities.
