SUBSTANCE: method comprises processing of channel state data, comparing thereof with mean statistical data, forming weighting factor data characterizing the difference between a first and subsequent selection, calculating the number of subsequent samples using adapted version of delta-routing in data transmission networks by local information, which makes it possible to determine the required number of subsequent samples in each outgoing direction dependent on the number of channels in virtual branches of level networks, the time for occupying virtual channels by transmission of requirements or service messages, and achieving the technical result in the form of no attempts for transmission of information on paths already existing or overloaded in special purpose intranet system.

EFFECT: increase of network speed by sending message along the shortest path.
