SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information technologies and can be used in info-communication networks. For this purpose periodically, two "waves" of intelligent probes are transmitted periodically from specific information-communication network node of special purpose: search and answering probes. Proposed method of intelligent probe control is used in conditions of intensive actions with significant destructive changes in info-communication networks. Search wave of intelligent probes, which when a request for emergency control is received, is translated by all nodes of the level network, serves to find the incoming destination node, which ensures the service of the request.

EFFECT: high stability of functioning of info-communication networks under conditions of moderate and considerable destructive changes in a network.
