SUBSTANCE: burner for arc welding in shielding gas consists of a body, a head, the handle, the coupling nut, gas outlet, the electrode, the electrode, the mounting screws, confuser nozzles and mesh stack, the inner surface confuser nozzle is designed as a parabolic curve that has a beginning and an end asymptotically tend to a straight line located parallel to the longitudinal axis of the nozzle, in front of the grid which is mounted a package consisting of a housing, sleeve, sealing rings and steel grids. Grids in the package have a mesh size 0.15-0.25 mm and the drag coefficient of at least 10 and the distance between the wires is not less than 15 mesh size.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the gas sewn weld zone in arc welding with shielding gas in the wind conditions.
