SUBSTANCE: ring contains: an outer belt with a constant diameter in the closed position of the ring. The outer belt is provided with a locking device comprising two outer flanges extending radially from the ring center and being engaged with one another in a diametrical plane with a possibility of disengagement to close the ring around the channel; an inner chamber which is inflatable and deflatable in the closed position of the ring to regulate its internal diameter; a flexible inflating/deflating tube, one end of which is connected to the inner chamber, and the other end is intended to be connected to the inflation device. At that, the inner chamber, in the resting state and in the open position of the ring, forms an open collar with an angular opening sector of less than or equal to 5°, while the outer belt, in the resting state and in the open position of the ring, forms an open collar with an angular opening sector of less than or equal to 10°. At that, the inner chamber in the resting state and in the closed position of the ring has an internal diameter corresponding to the smallest reduced diameter required during operation to regulate the channel diameter.

EFFECT: after ring installation and closing around the biological channel, it can be re-opened by creating excess pressure in the inner chamber.
