FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: method for fuel supply to combustion chamber of internal combustion engine includes the following steps: producing hydrogen-containing gases from a portion of the fuel previously split by overheating, injecting a pre-split fuel into the combustion chamber, obtaining a torch of hydrogen-containing gases at the time of injection, obtaining a flame combustion effect of the main portion of injected fuel, while at the time of injection of preheated liquid fuel water is supplied in parallel to the fuel supply.

EFFECT: creation of conditions for the formation of a torch formed by burning of hydrocarbon gases released directly at the time of fuel supply to the combustion chamber of internal combustion engines, which consequently increases the efficiency and economy of internal combustion engines.
