FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: laboratory animal skin is cut in the projection of the posterior edge of the large trochanter and muscles are separated to the hip joint. After dissection of the capsule and the circular ligament, the femoral head is dislocated posteriorly. On the neck side on the border of the femoral head periosteum, alcohol is introduced, followed by the waxing of the place of alcohol introduction. The hip joint is set and the wound is sutured layer by layer.
EFFECT: reduced time of surgical intervention, excluded possibility of blood supply to the operated segment while preserving the musculoskeletal system.
