SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of new strains of E. coli BL21 pET28b-inlBallele13, pET28b-inlBallele14, pET28b-inlBallele9 obtained by transformation of the strain of Escherichia coli BL21 with the BL21-inlBallele13, pET28b-inlBallele14 or pET28b-inlBallele9 plasmid - the producers of internalin 321 recombinant protein. The invention also relates to internalin 321 production by the said strains.
EFFECT: creation and study of drugs-agonists of natural eukaryotic receptors for soft tissues regeneration and infectious process simulation.
