SUBSTANCE: plant includes a shredder-mixer for primary premixes, a mixer for premixes and fodder mixtures, devices for loading and unloading. The mixer for premixes and fodder mixes is a mixer of fodder-and-medicinal mixes and consists of two parts, the working chamber made in the form of a truncated sphere and the guide cowling, the forming surface of which is represented by an involute with the origin at the lower part of the loading lock. In the lower part of the working chamber, at a distance δ to the inner surface, blades are fixed, the planes and ends of which repeat its inner surface. Each blade is provided with a flange directed opposite to the flange of the other blade. The length of each blade and the joint level of the guide cowl with the working chamber are limited by the radius drawn from the sphere center at an angle of 45°.

EFFECT: invention implementation will allow to enhance the quality of the finished product.
